About BidPilot

BidPilot is an online workspace for businesses preparing tender responses and buyers managing opportunities. It brings tender requirements, company evidence, team tasks and submission checks into one place so people can see what needs attention before a bid is submitted.

Helping bidders prepare with evidence

Preparing a bid often means searching through documents, checking certificates and coordinating contributions from several people. BidPilot helps users analyse tender documents, organise requirements and build an Evidence Library that can be reused across future bids. Evidence matching helps teams identify relevant documents and gaps that need review.

Teams can track deadlines, assign responsibilities and review submission readiness. AI assisted drafting uses the information available in the workspace to help prepare a response. Users remain responsible for checking accuracy, eligibility, pricing and compliance with the buyer’s instructions.

Supporting buyers and learning from outcomes

Buyers can publish opportunities and organise responses within BidPilot. Bidders can record outcomes and review feedback to understand previous results. The goal is a clearer record of the work, the supporting evidence and the decisions made during each tender.

People remain in control

BidPilot provides assistance, not a guarantee of an award. A readiness score helps users review their preparation; it does not replace a buyer’s assessment or professional judgement. Teams should check every final document and follow the submission route required for the opportunity.

Contact and feedback
