Free tender submission checklist for Irish SMEs

Free tender submission checklist for Irish SMEs

Preparing a tender involves more than writing a strong proposal. You need current evidence, clear answers, accurate pricing and enough time to submit everything correctly.

This free tender submission checklist helps Irish SMEs organise the key preparation steps, from deciding whether to bid to saving the final submission receipt. It is useful for small teams in cleaning, security, IT services and facilities management, as well as other businesses preparing supplier responses.

Use it to review eligibility, record submission and clarification deadlines, assign responsibilities and check the documents the buyer requests. Before submission, review the scoring criteria, pricing schedule, approvals and final files. After submission, keep the receipt and use buyer feedback to improve your next response.

Copy the checklist below into your own working document and work through each item with your bid team. Always follow the buyer's current tender documents: this is a general preparation aid, not a guarantee of compliance or an award.
